Enrollment Eligibility

Enrollment is open for both new and returning students.

• Kindergarten Enrollment: Children must be 5 years old by December 31 of the current school year.

Required Documents

To complete the enrollment process, please bring the following documents:

• Certificate of Indian Blood
• Birth Certificate
• Updated Immunization Records (Mandatory for all students)
• Last School Attended Information:
  • School name
  • Address
  • Telephone and fax numbers
• Current Guardianship Document (If applicable)
